《中国药理学与毒理学杂志》（CJPT）于1986年创刊，月刊，国内外公开发行，是由军事医学研究院、中国药理学会和中国毒理学会共同主办的学术性刊物，是中国中文核心期刊、中国科技核心期刊、第5届中国精品科技期刊和世界期刊影响力指数（WJCI）报告（2020科技版）收录期刊。
本刊以促进国际交流为办刊目标，以传播最新药理学和毒理学科研成果并引领学科发展为办刊宗旨，以严谨求实、出版规范为办刊原则，坚持文章遴选、编辑和录用的高标准，被国内外学者普遍认为是国内药理学和毒理学学术水平高、编辑出版规范和最具学术权威性的基础医学期刊之一。自创刊伊始，CJPT即认识到药理学与毒理学学科间的密切联系，因此创办了国内第一本药理学与毒理学研究在同一平台进行学术交流的科技期刊，具有明显特色。
CJPT主要刊登来自世界各地的药理学和毒理学研究原创性论著和综述，中英文兼收。为了适宜国际交流，每篇文章均附有中文摘要和英文摘要，中文论著中的图和表均用英文。近几年，CJPT增设了“前沿论坛”栏目，主要邀请国内外著名药理学家和毒理学家针对研究热点发表学术观点，介绍最新研究成果，展望发展趋势，及时反映药理学和毒理学研究的新进展和发展的新思路。
增强中国药理学和毒理学研究的国际交流与合作、促进科技创新以及药理学与毒理学的学科交叉与发展是CJPT不变的追求。我们真诚欢迎您向本刊投稿，期望在您的支持下，本刊学术水平不断提高，为推动药理学和毒理学发展做出贡献。
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology (CJPT) started its publication in 1986. It is a monthly and distributed to readers both at home and abroad. This journal is collaboratively sponsored by the Chinese Pharmacological Society, the Chinese Society of Toxicology and Beijing Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology. This journal focuses on the presentation of the latest findings in the fields of pharmacology and toxicology in order to promote academic exchanges worldwide and steer this sphere of research forward. In line with the principles of precision, truthfulness and standardization, CJPT has been adopting high standards in the process of reviewing, editing and accepting articles, which is why this journal has been recognized as one of the journals on basic medical sciences that are of high academic value regarding pharmacology and toxicology. Since its founding, CJPT has been well aware of the close relations between pharmacology and toxicology so that it has become the first journal in China that serves as a platform on which research on pharmacology and toxicology could interact with each other, for which reason this journal has distinct features.
CJPT centers on research papers and reviews, either in Chinese or in English, on pharmacology and toxicology from all over the world. For the sake of exchange, each paper is attached with an abstract in Chinese and a second one in English. Each diagram, table and reference in a paper written in Chinese has English translations. Over the past two years, CJPT has had one more column known as “FRONTIER VIEWS”, which is dedicated to distinguished pharmacologists and toxicologists, domestic or overseas, who can make comments on hot spots of research, disclose the latest research findings, predict developments and give updates on pharmacological and toxicological research.
CJPT has been committed to expanding international exchange and collaboration relating to pharmacology and toxicology, promoting technological innovation and facilitating the interactions between pharmacology and toxicology. We are looking forward to your kind help so as to continue to improve the quality of this journal and contribute to the development of pharmacology and toxicology.
